How to Choose Your Historical Fabric Swatch
One of the most meaningful parts of customizing your Rising Sun Jewelry Co. piece is selecting the historical fabric swatch that will be preserved inside your pendant, ring, or bracelet.
Each available swatch is limited, individually photographed, and offered as a separate add-on option. Due to the age, source material, and limited nature of these fabrics, every swatch will vary in color, texture, pattern placement, and appearance once sealed inside jewelry.
Please use the guide below when selecting your swatch:
1. Browse the Available Swatches
The swatch listing includes numbered fabric options. Each swatch is photographed to show its general color, pattern, and texture as accurately as possible.
Please note that colors may appear slightly different in person due to lighting, screen settings, resin placement, and the natural characteristics of vintage fabric.
2. Select the Swatch Number You Want
Each swatch is labeled by number, such as “Fabric #3” or “Fabric #12.” When placing your order, please choose the exact numbered swatch you would like included in your jewelry.
The number you select is the swatch that will be reserved for your order, subject to availability at checkout.
3. Grayed-Out Options Are Sold Out
If a swatch option is grayed out, that means it is no longer available for purchase.
Because these swatches are limited and cannot always be replaced, sold-out fabric options may not return once they are gone.
4. Add the Swatch Listing to Your Cart Separately
Fabric swatches must be purchased through the separate swatch listing and added to your cart along with the jewelry piece you are customizing.
This helps ensure the correct swatch is reserved and paired with your custom order.
5. Each Finished Piece Will Be One of a Kind
Because these are historical fabric pieces, no two swatches are exactly alike. Pattern placement, coloring, texture, and final appearance may vary from the listing photos once the fabric is trimmed, placed, and sealed into your jewelry.
These natural variations are part of what makes each finished piece unique.
